Objectives
This course lets you take on a distinctive way of reading talent, based on the work people genuinely enjoy (Energy Skills™) and on the value they create individually and together. You will build a practical read on talent, so you can assess how well someone fits what they are asked to do, support careers, mobility and hiring, and sustain the collective performance of functional and project teams.

For something more specific, our themed courses work directly on collective performance, management practice or growing your managers. Additional modules are open to practitioners who are already certified and want to go deeper on a particular use.
