Objectives
You will learn to cross the model’s reading grids to analyse a group’s dynamics — where people complement one another, where the imbalances sit, and which key talents are missing — then set that against what the team is facing. You will be able to make recommendations people can act on, and to design structured team work, from the debrief through to getting things moving.

If you want to bring the approach into your practice or your organisation for the long term, the certification tracks teach you the method and take your individual and team analysis progressively further. They are built for coaches, consultants and HR professionals who want to use Map & Match in their client work or in-house.
For something more specific, our themed courses work directly on collective performance, management practice or growing your managers. Additional modules are open to practitioners who are already certified and want to go deeper on a particular use.
