If you want to bring the approach into your practice or your organisation for the long term, the certification tracks teach you the method and take your individual and team analysis progressively further. They are built for coaches, consultants and HR professionals who want to use Map & Match in their client work or in-house.
For something more specific, our themed courses work directly on collective performance, management practice or growing your managers. Additional modules are open to practitioners who are already certified and want to go deeper on a particular use.
