Strengthening your role as a map & match expert
After the initial map & match certification, some coaching or consulting assignments require a more nuanced understanding of human dynamics and a deeper mastery of profile analysis.
The Level 2 Certification has been designed to help practitioners take the next step in their practice. It is intended for professionals who are already certified and wish to develop an expert-level approach to analysing both individual and collective profiles.
This advanced level enables participants to deepen their understanding of the map & match analytical frameworks, explore combinations of talents (Energy Skills™), and structure higher value-added support programmes.
Two complementary learning paths are available:
- Level 2 Certification – Individual
- Level 2 Certification – Collective
These programmes expand your analytical and intervention capabilities by integrating advanced approaches drawn from the map & match methodology.
map & match is an accredited training organisation, and this programme may be fully or partially funded through professional training funds.
Deepening Individual Coaching
This advanced training programme enables practitioners to deepen their analysis of map & match profiles and refine the quality of their individual debriefings.
It provides a more nuanced understanding of individual dynamics and of the cognitive mechanisms reflected in the profiles.
Training Objectives
By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

deepen their analysis of map & match profiles using advanced analytical frameworks,

interpret profile axes, talent combinations (Energy Skills™), and underlying cognitive dynamics,

structure relevant and personalised individual debriefings,
-
formulate key questions that help the participant identify their own levers for action,
-
use the map & match platform features with an expert level of mastery in their coaching or consulting assignments.

Deepening Collective Coaching
This advanced training programme enables practitioners to develop a deeper understanding of collective dynamics.
It provides the methods required to analyse interactions between the talents within a team, identify potential complementarities or tensions, and support groups in developing more effective dynamics.
Training Objectives
By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

analyse talent combinations within a collective,
-
identify dominant dynamics and potential team imbalances,
-
characterise a collective in relation to its operational and strategic challenges,
-
identify gaps in key talents within a team,
-
design and facilitate a structured collective support process.

- For both programmes: Completion of the certification “Supporting individual and collective performance through the talents of the pleasure of doing – (T5™ Talents) – Certification.”
- For the programme dedicated to individual coaching: Previous experience supporting teams using the map & match approach.
- For the programme dedicated to collective coaching: Previous experience supporting individuals using the map & match approach.
